Simone Kotze

Simone has a "can-do" attitude. She responds to feedback respectfully and kindly and she treats her peers with kindness. Simone gets good grades and has done a great job of keeping up while being a multi-sport athlete and trying new sports out of her comfort zone. Simone is kind and sensitive to those around her. She works hard and is willing to help teach others or explain to them the problem if they are struggling. She has all kinds of tricks to help remember details and memorize facts. Simone is willing to go the extra mile whether it is doing her school work or in sports. She pays attention to the details and is an encouragement to anyone and everyone around her. She has a very kind heart.
Congratulations Simone!

David Crane

David is friendly to all his peers and gets along well with all those around him while leading by example. He worked ahead of time and several extra hours the week of homecoming to make the week full of fun. At the end of this semester he'll already have seventeen hours of college credit as a junior.  He helped lead his team to the state cross country meet.  He is reliable, trustworthy, doesn't complain, handles feedback with humility, and speaks well of others. Congratulations David!

Arihm Gonzalez

In class, Arihm always participates and is very encouraging to his classmates. He always walks into class with a positive attitude and greets everyone with respect. Students who are around him always match his positive attitude. Arihm shows up with a good attitude and is ready to work. His coaches speak highly of him and he was voted team captain in basketball by his peers. He has impressive interpersonal skills where he can get along well with everyone, all while having a fun sense of humor. He handles feedback with humility and is a reliably hard worker. While Arihm may not love being stuck at a desk to work, he knows he needs to do well now because he has a bright future ahead of him. I can tell Arihm is a natural leader whether it's in the classroom or in a school sport .

Congratulations Arihm!
